Take one avocado, scoop out the flesh into the food processor and go to town. Gradually add 3 tbsp of cocoa powder, 2 tbsp of maca powder, 4 tbsp of agave syrup and 4 tbsp of coconut milk. Continue to blend until you have a silky smooth texture. Adjust the amount of cocoa/sweetener to taste – this recipe gives quite a rich chocolate flavour.
Enjoy straight away or chill in the fridge for a little while first (make sure you cover it tight with cling film and don’t leave it too long or the avocado will start to do funny things).
